Shipping

We create each trellis to order in our studio. They are typically shipped via UPS or Fedex Ground within 2-3 weeks of order. 

Returns

We know you will love your TerraTrellis. But if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return the item within 30 days of receiving it. Item must be in its original packaging and in perfect, unused condition. Return shipping costs will not be refunded, nor will original shipping charges. Recommendations:

General:  
All trellis and arbors must be placed on a flat, level surface. All Terra Trellis products are designed for plant support only and not intended to support human weight or human climbing. Terra Sculpture LLC is not liable for accidents or injuries where trellis or arbors are placed.  

Powder Coated Steel:
Occasional cleaning of powder coated steel trellis and arbors is recommended to remove any environmental deposits that may lead to damage over time. For increased protection in coastal environments, cleaning should occur more frequently as seacoast climates may influence oxidation on metals. To clean, use only fresh water or a mild soapy water solution or stainless steel cleaner like Zep and a soft cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaning products. 

Weathered Steel:
The beauty of unfinished weathered steel is it's ever-changing burnished patina. The natural process will continue to oxidize the metal, developing its own unique finish depending on the environment. During this transition some color transfer may occur. We do not recommend placing our weathered steel sculpture on porous or light colored surfaces. Trellis or arbors exposed to salt air may experience accelerated oxidation.
